12 slices of bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
2/3 c butter
2/3 c all-purpose flour
7 c goat milk
4 large baked potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 green onions, chopped
1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar
1 c sour cream
1 t salt
1 t black pepper
• In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
• Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
• Add potatoes and onion. Let come to a boil, stirring frequently.
• Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes .
• Mix in bacon, cheese sour cream, salt and pepper.
